02

Documentary Memory

Organising and preserving documents, archives, knowledge and memory together with the context needed to understand them.

03

Knowledge Transmission

Our approach to knowledge

Preserve what makes understanding possible

In a world saturated with information, Tour Grise prioritises depth, context and the traceability of knowledge. Making knowledge accessible is not enough. We also seek to preserve what makes it intelligible.

01 · Rigour
Distinguish facts, sources, interpretations, hypotheses and uncertainties.
02 · Context
Situate materials in their original context, historical development and wider connections.
03 · Traceability
Preserve the links between sources, references, versions and interpretations.
04 · Depth
Go beyond immediate summaries and retain the complexity and continuity of a subject.
