In a world saturated with information, Tour Grise prioritises depth, context and the traceability of knowledge.
Access alone does not create understanding. The sources, context and connections that give knowledge meaning also need to be preserved.

Why “Tour Grise”?
Tour
The tower evokes observation, recording and the long view.
Gris
Grey evokes complexity, restraint and a refusal of extreme or reductive readings.
Fragment / Erosion
Fragments and erosion remind us that knowledge and memory rarely reach us intact. They must be studied, contextualised, preserved and transmitted.
These symbols belong to a cultural and editorial language. They do not constitute a doctrine, a hierarchy or a system of secret identification.
CURRENT SCALE
A public presence built to evolve
At this stage, Tour Grise does not seek to present itself as a large institution or as an established network.
This first version of the website establishes a restrained, clear and verifiable public presence, designed to evolve as real research, archives, publications and forms of cooperation develop.
